How do you say "Ms." in Spanish?

In English, it's used as a more appropriate title for women (married or unmarried). So how would it translate to Spanish?

Spanish doesn't have a translation for that.
You write either "Sra" for a married woman or "Srita" for a single woman. In doubt, I'd write "Sra".
It's better to call an unmarried woman 'Mrs" than to call a married woman "miss".

In English we have ...Miss, Ms. and Mrs.
I don't think there is a Spanish equivalent for Ms.

Señorita = Ms. ( if she is young)
Señora = Mrs. ( If she is old or married)
Señor = Mr. ( if he is older than you by like 25 years)
