Nope it isn't correct. Far from it actually. Apart from it being confusing, your sentence is dragging.

Our driver, Mr. Smith said that our truck was rear-ended (hit from behind) by a car and owing to that, broke (whose vehicles'?) the __________'s (truck's or car's?) mirror (What mirror? Sideview mirrors or rear view mirror or do you mean the back windshield?)

Our driver, Mr Smith, said the driver of THE car hit our truck from behind and broke said driver's mirror.

Is this homework????

You need a comma after Smith, and a the in front car (of car? what car?)

There is no comma after behind because " and broke said driver's mirror" is not a complete sentence. You can't just say "Broke said driver's mirror" There has to be someone or something to break it--if it's a complete sentence.

There is also something wrong with "Mr" but I'll let you figure that one out ;)

The more I think about this, the harder it is. Grrr.

It could be:

Our driver, Mr. Smith, said, "The driver of THE car hit our truck from behind and broke said driver's mirror."

I can see how 'said' works because we don't know the sex of the driver.

Mr. Smith, our driver, stated that the driver of said car hit our truck from behind and broke the driver's side mirror.

No way. That's confusing. Try this:

Our driver, Mr Smith, said that the driver of the car broke his mirror when he hit our truck from behind.

Ok...THIS is they proper way to word this sentence...(based on the way I understand your sentence):

'Our Driver, Mr. Smith, stated the driver of the other car, hit our car from behind and broke the mirror on our vehicle.'

You have used "car" and "truck" in the same sentence for the same vehicle..was it a car or was it a truck? Was it another car who hit you or a truck that hit you?

Please keep your information consistant when stating what happened, especially if this is for insurance or court purposes.

it's a little awkward. Try this: "Our driver, Mr. Smith, said the driver of the other car broke his own mirror when he hit our truck from behind."

I would say:

Mr. Smith, our driver, said the driver of the car hit our truck and broke his mirror.

or

Our driver, Mr. Smith, said the driver of the car hit our truck and broke his mirror.

Our driver, Mr Smith, said, "The driver of a car hit our truck from behind. The damage to that car was a broken mirror."

Here's one way you could say it.

No it is not. Due to ambiguous punctuation, it is not clear who Mr. Smith is. Is he the the person being addressed? Is he "your driver"? Further, there is not a proper modifier in front of (or behind) the word "car". Is it "the" car "that" hit our truck from behind"? Or is it " . . .the driver of car 1 hit our truck . . ."

Our driver, Mr Smith said the driver of THE(?) car hit our truck from behind and broke said driver's mirror.

I would go with what Kalikina said. It is much more concise. The sentence you wrote just sounds choppy and confusing.

I like Kalikina's suggestion. The sentence you have just doesn't sound correct.
