Maná has several good songs, so does Juanes. Laura Pausini is also excellent. Although she is Italian she has recordings in Spanish. There's a group of 4 sisters called Sparx that has very understandable lyrics, also. It also depends on what kind of music you like.

4-40, the music is merengue with a bit of a fast beat but the words are very clear. Alejandro Fernandez, his music is very slow and romantic.
