Childrens cartoons / programmes in Italian?

Question

Can anyone give me the name of some Italian cartoons so I can buy and let my children watch. I am trying to teach them Italian and thought that it might help them. I know I can get them some of their cartoons like Spongebob etc in Italian but if possible, I would like some Italian educational cartoons.

My girls are aged 4 and 2.

Hi, I'm italian

I don't know if to learn italian is good, because Italian is spoken only here, and it's a very difficult language

howewer if you want some educational cartoons i think you should get them cartoons like "Dora l'esploratrice" or "Melevisione"

Melevisione is a child program and during the program there are a lot of cartoon for very young child, like the yours

Dora l'esploratrice maybe is the same for you of Dora the explorator, I don't know... but I think is a good cartoon for a child

oh yeah maybe "Esplorando il corpo umano" (Exploring the human body) is good, but maybe is difficoult for a 4 years child

hi, i'm italian, i'm sorry but here in italy there are a lot of japanese cartoon, some american cartoon and few italian cartoon...you can try with TOTò SAPORE E LA MAGICA STORIA DELLA PIZZA but the lenguage speak in the cartoon it's not correct because it is in napoli's dialect...so you can try with "l'albero azzurro" or "bim bum bam" or "melevisione". This are some kid's programme....

PS sorry...but i don't speak (and write) a good english

Well, the other already gave you some nice options. Try "Pimpa" as well...it's about a dog with red dots.

for your 4 girl you can use this one: esplorando il corpo umano (talk about the body and it's so nice!!)
