Where to study English in England?

my question is: Where to study English in England? Which cities are better than others?

There is one schol in Oxford that never advertises, because it doesn't have to.

There is one in London near Holland Park that is also excellent.

Otherwise, as an Englishman, I would say the best place to study English is not England, but, say California or Melbourne in Australia. In England the few people who still speak good English have little to do with foreigners.
