I'm getting a tattoo in hebrew can someone translate ASAP PLEASE!!!?

can anyone explain to me how to explain to a tattoo artist on how to make sure they are doing it right because I heard the hebrew is read from right to left but i don't know if thats true, I will indicate where each tattoo is going to be located.

First one, is going to be on my left forearm:

Blessed be the lord, my rock, Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle

Second one on the left forearm also:

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong

Third one on the right forearm:

The lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my god, my rock, in whom I take refuge; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

it would be great also if i was sent an email as well with the hebrew content I requested just in case I dont have the hebrew font on my computer.

Well, the Tora bans any tattoo on the human body. Even if you are not Jewish, consider that if you travel in any Arab country, these bodily inscriptions will bring you many problems and questions, because people there are fiercely antisemitic and are able to recognize written Hebrew.

Man, did you know God forbids the usage of tattoos? You tattooing scripture passages is morally quite incorrect.
