Do not capitalize "Yo", unless it is the first word in the sentence. In spanish we do not have a rule to write " I " allways in capital letter)

- Sí, yo lo conozco - I want to say "Yes I know him"

la (singular) vs las (plural)

- Sí, yo la recomiendo - "Yes, I recommend it" (singulay).

- Sí, yo las recomiendo - "Yes, I recommend them" (plural).

Proper name Peter or Pedro is capitalized.

- Sí, Pedro los compra y los come - I want to say "Yes, Pedro buys them and eats them"

- Sí, Pedro los compra y los come - I want to say "Yes, Peter buys them and eats them"

The others are OK.

Si, yo lo conozco - Yes, I know him (right)

Si, lo prepare aqui - Yes, I prepare it here

Si, la sirvo aqui - Yes, I serve it here

Si, Yo las recomiendo - Yes, I recommend it (right)

Si, Pedro los compra y los come - Yes, Pedro buys then and eats them (right)

Yes I know him" si lo conozco.

Yes, prepare it here=si, preparalo aqui.

"Yes, serve it here"= si, preparalo aqui

Yes, I recommend it"= si, lo recomiendo.

Yes pedro buys them and eats them"= yes, pedro los compra y los come.

remember: all this phrases are in present.!

"lo" comes after the verb when you are giving a command.

Preparelo aqui.

"lo" or "la" should match the noun it is replacing...feminine or masculine.

It would not be "las" recomiendo, unless the noun you are referring to is feminine.

Same with "los" - needs to match the noun.

Preparar must be in the YO form, but it's good otherwise, assuming all your pronouns are correct. You don´t say what your "it"s refer to, so I'm gonna assume you did those right.
