Definitely go local. It's almost guaranteed that an international company that offers Estonian translations will be outsourcing to the locals anyway, and you will pay more. A number of the major local companies -- the companies in the Estonian Association of Translation Companies (www.etbl.ee) -- have a native speaker on staff. I needed translations of articles in the Estonian press that concerned my company and went through Interlex and Lingua for a number of years. Interlex was solid but non-native, Lingua I was very happy with. I had problems with Luisa (it's apparently big, but quality can be spotty). The problem with all of these is that often a non-native does the translation and then it gets edited by a native -- it's just not as good as it could be. Look for freelancers that specialize in ONLY Estonian to English, that way you will probably get a native, you're dealing with less variables, at a good price.

Well, obviously, if you're looking for a company, it means you need a level of expertise which an online translator cannot provide.

I can't vouch for 'the best', but you might give these guys http://www.keelekoda.ee/en/tehtud-tood/ a try. I remember their name from some translated book I read (it was in Latvian, i think), and since they also do Estonian, maybe they will be able to help you.

For Estonian translations, I recommend using "Mnemosyne Translation Services, LLC". Check out this link: http://translation-servicesusa.com/en/estonian.html

Well, according to my knowledge, the ONLY one out there is google translator, which is honestly pretty crappy, but if don't mind mildly bad grammar, I'm sure it would be fine. Sorry I couldn't be of more help :(

I'm assuming you speak Estonian? That's pretty cool! I think it's a very beautiful language, I would definitely like to learn it if I had the time :)
