No, if you had children in Germany and gave them the names you listed above.. they would be spelled exactly the way you spelled them.. Germans have accepted foreign names... all those names would be acceptable according to German law to name a daughter..as all the names clearly show those are female names.. The times are over since when Germany was restricted to give children solely German sounding names.. they can pick from Spanish, French, American, English or any name provided that it is a proper name.. and that at least the middle name makes clear if the child is a boy or a girl.. a child named Cameron or Drew.. in Germany.. as these are unisex names.. would have to have a middle name that clearly states the sex of the baby.. so the middle name would have to be clearly masculine or feminine with unisex first names...Your names would be given to a daughter as you spell them.. Most likely Savannah would not have a capital V in it unless you specifically insist.. that is what you want...

Don't think you can put those into German.



It works for something that you can make more German like:

Hannah --- > Often "Hanna"

or

Sophie -- > Sofie



But not for those names as they are too modern and "trendy".

we would pronounce it english anyway if you have english as mother language
