I actually tried writing it myself instead of just asking you guys to do it for me, lol. I just need you to take a look at my grammar/spelling and tell me what needs correcting. First is the (attempted)Spanish, and then the English version of how I wanted it to sound.

My favorite season is autumn, which starts in September. Autumn is typically chilly and windy. The sky is normally overcast. The holidays Thanksgiving, Columbus Day, and Day of the Dead are all celebrated in autumn. Since the weather is mild that time of year, I like to go fishing and camping during autumn. Autumn is also a good time for hiking. Some indoor activities I do during autumn are cooking, cleaning the house for Thanksgiving, and I also shop for winter clothes. One of the major social events of the season is the start of the football season. Some of the downsides to autumn is that the weather becomes fickle and may go from moderate to cold overnight. There are less sun-lit hours and the fallen leaves cause many problems. I plan to spend my next autumn in college training to become an EMT.

Yes, I know it's horrible. I've always sucked at Spanish. :/ I hardly know proper English grammar, much less Spanish...

Thanks.

Just at first glance;

"comienzos" should be comienza;

"El festivos " should be Los (plural) festivos

"es celebrado" should be plural 'estan' celebrados

Instead of "yo quiero pescar.,.,'--I wouild say "Me gustan" (plural) pescar y.......

I think you need to write 'el otoño'--and not just 'otoño'

You have the english "activites"--and need 'actividades'

This phrase is not right; "activites interior que hago durante caída cocina" Indoor activities that I do during caida cocina?

it is NOT horrible!--i just can't think right now! LOL

The main problem most people have is that, in spanish, every noun is either masculine or feminine--and eeverything has to match. If the noun is masculine and plural, then the adjectives describing it, also has to be masculine and plural.

For example;

" the red books"----los libros rojos---libro is masculine, so you have to use rojo ( vs. roja). And both need to be plural--so they all match.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Also you may want to explain what EMT is--because is spanish 'EMT' doesn't mean anything.

Just remember that Spanish nouns need have a modifier attached, like the article, so you would like to start a sentece like "El otoño es típicamente fresco y ventoso". Also, which, what, who, etc, when they act as pronouns, you use "el/la cual", "lo que", "el/la que", etc. Holidays son "días festivos". The passive voice in Spanish is often translated as an active voice with an impersonal pronoun, so you waoul say "Los días festivos como el Día de Acción de Gracias, el Día de la Raza y el Día de Muertos se celebran todos en otoño." In this paragraph, and I just can't find a good explanation why right now, since is translated as "dado que" or "ya que": Ya que el clima es templado... Indoor activities are "actividades bajo techo" Here, "some of the dowsides to autumn should be "Algunas desventajas del otoño..." since Some is acting as an indefinite adjective. Other than taht, it is perfect.

Glad to help

I can't help you with the rest because it's really twisted. Hope this helps.
