Japanese error translation?

Question

Trying to install a game, and I keep getting this error when trying to run it.

I figured knowing what it said would give me a clue as to how to fix it.

アプリケーション = application

初期化 = しょきか = shokika = initialization

エラー = error

です = desu (polite copula in Japanese)

I believe that means something like "An error occured during the application start-up". I have no idea how to fix it, though.
