What would be the polish translation for "love always"?

I want to get a tattoo in remembrance of my polish grandmother, whom I was very close with. I am looking for the polish translation for “love always”, “always in my heart”, “never forgotten”… or something along those lines with the same meaning in polish. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance :)

I used the word"forever" instead of "always". It makes more sense.



Miłość na zawsze -"love forever"

Na zawsze w moim sercu - "forever in my heart"

Nigdy Cię nie zapomnę - "I'll never forget you".

"Never forgotten" doesn't make much sense when translated.

How about "remembered forever": Pamiętana na zawsze or : "I'll always remember you: Będę cię zawsze pamiętał (if you are a guy) or Będę cię zawsze pamiętała (if you are a lady).

I'll add:

"Kocham Cię, dziś i zawsze" - I love you, now and forever

"Na zawsze w mym sercu i pamięci" - Forever in my heart and memory,

or

"Na zawsze w mej pamięci" - Forever in my memory. It's the closest to 'never forgotten' that doesn't sound awkward. Although, you could go with "Niezapomniana" - Unforgettable (if speaking about a lady) or "Niezapomniany" (if speaking about a man).

Also:

Nigdy Cię nie zapomnę - I'll never forget you. The capital 'c' in 'cię' is more or less optional - capital letter is more polite though.
