Having text translated from Greek to English and vice versa can be done in two ways: a) hiring a translator on pay b) getting volunteers to help you (for free). You can also use translation machines (like translate.google.com and babelfish.yahoo.com) with varied results.
Regarding a & b: There are sites who function as "translator pools", if I may say so, meaning that interested individuals or companies post information about their translation projects and that candidate translators submit their bids (offers to translate in a given period of time at a chosen rate). Just like user "NYC TV" has first said, www.proz.com is a well known such website. Other websites include www.translatorcafe.com, www.trally.com, www.freelancer.com etc. (I am not promoting or recommending, I am just indicating).
There are also individual translator websites (from freelancers or translation agencies). Translation agencies generally charge you more and pay their translators less than average.
Skills and rates vary greatly. You can find native speakers with university degrees in translation and languages, working exclusively in the field, you can find part-timers with certificates in languages and degrees in different fields, you can find outsourcers from Asia and scammers, you can find people who can speak /read /write languages but have no idea of how a translation should be done (professionally or not) and their writing is average.
The language pair English--Greek has enough competition among native Greek speakers. Enough said.
General advice: research prices and quality, prefer native speakers of the target language (not "any" native speaker, because not everybody has excellent spelling /grammar /vocabulary /syntax skills in their mother tongue: look who spells correctly, writes nicely, has credentials and qualifications, is reputed and takes cares of the customer's needs), prefer specialized translators (a legal text does not have the same vocabulary or style as literature or scientific documentation), do not hesitate to ask for more information.
