Okay so I know that "Je suis bien" doesn't exist, it's written as "Je vais bien". How do you know whether to use "Je suis" or "Je vais"?
Is "Je vais" used to describe something you are? (good, bad, cold, warm, hungry) or something?
Please help!

Je suis is used to describe your self case in point Je suis grand(e) = i'm tall. Je suis triste = i'm unhappy Je vais is used as an action verb and way i'm going. As we are saying in English i'm doing properly. which you would be waiting to declare in French i pass properly. Je vais bien.

Je suis is used to describe yourself for example Je suis grand(e) = I am tall. Je suis triste = I am sad
Je vais is used as an action verb and means I am going.
As we say in English I am doing well. You can say in French I am going well. Je vais bien.
