Don't worry. It's just normal. My baby is a year and one month. He hasn't started saying any of these words. My niece started talking when she was a year and 7 months old. And it's not that she's slow or anything. In fact she is simultaneously learning 5 languages at the moment. Her dad speaks Arabic with her. Her mom speaks English. Her granny speaks Gujarati and the other granny speaks Urdu. Her nanny speaks Nyanja (local language). And she is really picking up all of them simultaneously. It's really fantastic.

If she can say "dada", then she is beginning to talk. Most babies of that age can say a number of words, but maybe yours is concentrating on other things -- I bet she has been walking for a long time and maybe she has manual skills ahead of her age. Not all babies progress at the same rate. She'll talk when she's ready -- and perhaps surprise you with her vocabulary.

That's perfectly normal - but do keep talking to her, the more she hears you talk, the more she'll want to do it too.
A friend's baby did not speak until she was 2 - and is top of her class in high school; another friend's brother didn;t speak until he was 4, and is the richest person I know... so don;'t worry!!!!

At two years it would be a worry, but not at one year. Just keep talking in her presence, maybe speak a little simply and slowly but don't modify your speech much.

It is normal, but there is no harm in trying to exercise more words with her.

Maybe she has realised you're not her real parents! Did you adopt her? ^^
