i don't know if this would help a lot, but i use the french version and it's great!

basically you can listen to the news slowly, and there are transcripts of what is said and also conversations sometimes between newsreaders. there's also grammar exercises you can do, so hopefully there is something that will help you, if not it will definitely give you a wider knowledge and understanding of the language!

This advice I will give you goes for pretty much anything you want to learn, not only languages. Basically there's not a "cake receipt" for this. You have got to immerse yourself as much as possible in the language you're interested in. Talk to people who know how to speak in English. Watch movies, watch CNN, watch BBC, watch random videos of people speaking English in YouTube. I for example, am learning Japanese so I am watching lots of anime, J-Dramas, Japanese movies, trying to stay as immersed as I can in the language and the results speak for themselves, and I am pretty sure it will work that way for you too.
