Gaelic scholars I would very much appreciate a translation as soon as possible. It's for a girlfriend.

Cailin (girl) alainn (beautiful). Phonetically it would sound like colleen ahleen , the last "i" in cailin and the first "a" alainn have a fada, I can't figure out how to do one on this keyboard, which is a little stroke over the letter which signifies that it has a longer sound. Irish Gaelic like a lot of languages places the descriptive after the noun it's describing so you'd never say beautiful girl but girl beautiful. Another would be "an capal ban" the white horse. Capal is horse, ban is white. Since I was never very good at Gaelic in school I'm surprised I remember this.

Is cailín an-deas tú (Pronounced: Iss kol-leen ahn dyass too).
"Deas" is used in Irish Gaelic to mean "beautiful" in the physical sense much like bello / bella in Spanish and Italian.
"-an" is an intensifier equivalent to the English adverb "very."
Hence: Is cailín an-deas tú - 'You are a very pretty / very good-looking / very beautiful girl." etc.
Hope that helps.

Cailín ana-dheas is ea thú.
(ca-LEEN ah-nah yass ish aa hoo)
or
Is cailín ana-dheas thú.
(iss ca-LEEN ah-nah yass hoo)
Or you could say to her:
Tánn tú go hálainn! (You are beautiful!)
(tahn too guh HA-ling)
note: I am learning Irish Gaelic in the Munster dialect so my answers will vary slightly from other dialects of Irish.

I would say "is cailín fíor-álainn thú". To me, "deas" means "nice" rather than "beautiful"
