I need an authentic German surnames, begging with "R" (1930s/1940s) era for a character in my novel based around Luftwaffe stories. MALE. As many as you can :)

Thank you!

your character should be grown up when war began. So you can search on following website for all German surnames you may need in your book. They start in 1920 e.g. with Rudolf, Rolf Richard...

Rolf or Rudolf (Rudi) are all that I can think of. I worked with the Luftwaffe for

seven years. I know a lot of words and terms you could use . I know a lot about

the present day Luftwaffe...German names for ranks, etc. military courtesy. You

might contact me at carlislehurley9@gmail.com if you would like my help as you write.

I met the CG of the Luftwaffe, Johannes Steinhof who had his face burned badly

WW2 when his jet failed to take off at Munich, and other Luftwaffe vets.
