1.my mom and grandma are cooking.and are waiting for the food to be ready.

My key for the accent aigu does not work anymore..Got to clean it again..so will write : "aa" to indicate when to put it right after the letter.

I do not know your level....though..

"en train" is used for the "ing" in English (process of doing something)



I might have used some tenses which you have not learnt already..(subjectif) otherwise it does not make much sense..



OK...on the whole I have tried to keep it as simple as I could although there were better ways to express oneself but if you are a starter it should be OK.



Yes ,you could follow GTA's advice about the accents. I am just so used to type

alt+ combination of numbers.

Try to visit France or Quebec in Canada. Try to study a few elementary phrases then move to a french channel (if to be had). CDs could aid and might be you would move to a french internet site that teaches french

1. instead of 'etre cuisine', use "font la cuisine".



To type the accents in your word processor use "insert:special character" .



Or in Windows, use 'start' / 'all programs' / 'accessories' / 'system tools' / 'character map' / find and click desired letter / 'copy' / in your word processor document ,'edit:paste'.

I am sorry, but I can't believe that you tried your very best. These compositions of words aren't even phrases. Learn your lessons and ask your teacher to explain what you didn't understand. It will be of more help to you than get a translation here without any explanation.
