I need a german translation on a phrase?

Question

Meine Deutsch ist nicht so gut! I want to say

1) When is the train going to get here? (as in arrive)

2) We need to submit our figures and close the deal with the big guy

3) Getting closer

4) Whew we made it just in time

and
5) Here's our new address...we'd love to hear from you.

I can speak a little, but I'm afraid my translation would be hilarious, and unintelligible! LOL

1) Wann kommt der Zug (hier) an?

2) Wir müssen unsere Zahlen abliefern und das Geschäft mit dem Big Boss abschliessen.

(’big guy’ sounds pretty familiar, therefore ’Big Boss’ in German,

if it is a bit formal, I would say ’mit dem obersten Chef’ or ’mit dem Generaldirektor’?)

3) Du kommst schon näher / Sie kommen der Sache schon näher.

4) Puh, wir haben es gerade noch geschafft.

5) Hier ist unsere neue Adresse, wir freuen uns, von Dir / vonIhnen zu hören.

(von Dir if you know the person really well, von Ihnen if the relationsship is formal)

And, yes, the German spelling ao ’address’ is really ’Adresse’, only one ’d’

i'm not sure about the 2nd sentence but the others should be correct

5) Hier ist unsere neue Adresse... wir würden uns freuen( OR: es lieben), von dir zu hören.

4) Wir kamen gerade in der Zeit an.

The phrases were a bit sketchy, and quite vernacular English, so some words had to be changed to actually mean what you wanted it to.

Sorry I don't speak German. Have you tried an online translation service? The phrases you have up here seem simple and probably would be okay on one of those site. I've listed one below.

the 1st one says "i'm the richest guy in the worldwide" the 2d - "you're so warm!" and ultimately "they are remarkable" looks such as you're basically taking area in this language! LOL
