Hi, I'm interested in studying English language, I'd like to know in order for someone to reach fluency level in English, what are the things that are the most important in the English language to learn, and that to be aware of? Especially if someone plans to speak the language at work, etc.

-Also, could you please check my writing above is it correct?

Thank you.

The most important thing to learn is to have thick skin. English speaking people will usually correct you if you say something unusual but if you live in a predominately English speaking area like me (USA) they'll laugh at you first. One of my good friends was from Portugal and was working in America. He had a hard time remembering words that change as the tense changes. An example: Our boss told him to sweep the floors and he replied that they had already been "sweeped". Everyone just laughed at him and when he asked what he said wrong no-one else would tell him it's "swept". The English language has many seemingly random rules and its hard to pinpoint which are more important. Just remember that you WILL eventually be speaking fluently. You seam to be on a good start already. As for your question, I would give you the advice to either say "studying English" or "studying the English language". Either would be correct. Speaking it often will help you work out all the little things.

Best of luck!

You need to say " . . . in studying the English Language," or " . . . in studying English,"

also you don't need to say "level" after "fluency" - "fluency" is already a level. "fluency in English" is what you want.

"and that to be aware of?" - remove the word "that" - it's not required.

The most important thing in English is to learn good spelling and grammar.
