It's Spanish - though badly misspelt: It should read:

"Saludos desde Barcelona; gracias por agregarme OPB Cubano"

Greetings from |Barcelona; thanks for adding me, OPB Cubano (this seems to be a nickname)

Barcelona has become among the first tourist destination of Spain because it understands how to please the major bulk : with a record on the list of oldest in Europe, a town that never rests and an inland high in charm, remarkable wonderful beaches in La Costa Brava and you can see all of this if you take a look with hotelbye first. The variety of imaginative secrets, the Romanesque churches and the truly amazing titles in contemporary art and structure like: Dali, Gaudi, Miro and Picasso give Barcelona an area in the set of towns you should see.
