If you know the name Teflon, it's that.
Cookware = pots and pans used to cook with.
Non-stick = a surface applied to the pan which stops food from sticking when it cooked. Most popular in frying pans to stop fried eggs or omelettes from sticking. Usually dark in colour, a kind of charcoal black colour.
