What is the hardest part about learning the English language?

I'm Italian, and Italian people have lots of problem with the pronunciation! For example, we pronunce the words in the same way we write them, like in Spanish.
In the verbs in the -ing form, a lot of people pronunce the g. And we have some difficulties to pronunce the h. In the Italian language, the h at the beginning of the word, is always silent! And we usually pronunce the l in words like half, talking and walking. Some people also pronunce the th like a f :)

My native languages are Persian and Turkish. The hardest thing about English is the alphabet. For example what you write is not what you read. T sounds like te, and sh for example InspecTion. C sounds like sh, k and s for example SoCial, and Card
