It is reflexive so, if you have a physical wound/pain you would say:

Me duele (e.g. la garganta)

Te duele

Le duele

Nos duele

Os duele

Les duele

(i.e. "it" hurts me etc)

You can also use this if someone has wounded you emotionally, e.g. me dolio mucho que me trataran tan mal en el trabajo"

HOWEVER, if you don't want it in the reflexive form then you can also say that you are "feeling pain" rather than "it hurts":

Siento dolor

Sientes "

Siente "

Sentimos "

Sentis "

Sienten "

but it sounds a little bit contrived unless it's in a speceific context.

Hope that helps!

yo duelo

tú dueles

él duele

nosotros dolemos

vosotros doléis

ellos duelen

However this verb is often used with a reflexive pronoun (me, te, le...

Me duele

Te duele

Le duele

Nos duele

Os duele

Les duele

It means I ache my..., you ache your..., etc.

yo duelo

tú dueles

él duele

nosotros dolemos

vosotros doléis

ellos duelen

But you normally don't say things like "I hurt" in English, do you? You say "it hurts"- duele, "it hurted"- dolía, ...always in 3rd person

It is conjugated normally only in the 3rd person singular and plural.

Duele/Duelen

Es. Me duele la cabeza or La cabeza me duele

Me duelen las piernas or Las piernas me duelen

Tú- Comes

Èl/Ella/Ud. - Come

Nosotros- comemos

Vostoros- coméis

Ellos/Ellas/Uds.- Comen

It's like this:

yo duelo / tú dueles / él duele / nosotros dolemos / vosotros doléis / ellos duelen

However, this verb is only used in the 3rd person. "Doler" means to cause pain, as a wound does; people cannot "doler".

yo duelo

tú dueles

él duele

nosotros dolemos

vosotros doléis

ellos duelen

However, "yo duelo" or "tu dueles" etc is never used. It's normally used in the phrase "me duele" with literally means "it hurts me" or " I feel pain"
