Would someone who knows give me a concise definition of a troll; to troll; trolling?

This is in regards to how it is used when referring to computers. I have heard several, but none have struck me as being particularly correct or all inclusive.

trolling is acting stupid like for example

on yahoo answers the title of you question reads "whats the name of this song" but inside you have the lyrics to justin beieber. that's considered trolling. also look up memes, and check out troll dad for more info.

Urban dictionary will help your computer lingo queries, but trolling is a sort of art form in annoying others, or deliberately trying to get them angry. They could, for example, outsmart somebody, pretend to be stupid and see how many people leave hurtful comments, or they could just do something outright weird to confuse and annoy.
