I've never heard that particular term, but an Internet relationship is one that's conducted remotely via the Internet - for example, a couple who met on a chat or dating site and communicate mainly via emails. I suppose a broadband relationship is the same thing - except perhaps they would send videos to each other via broadband.

Internet relationship is a relationship carried over the Internet; similarly--broadband relationship is a friendship carried over the broadband radio, for example. I hope it helps,

I suppose you wanted to translate the Italian expression "connessione a banda larga"... The correct translation would be broadband connection.
