In Filipino, there's no direct translation of the word "sister". The closest you can get is "kapatid", which means "sibling"...

But if you are referring to an older sister, you can use the term "Ate" (pronounced A-teh, not the past tense of the English word "eat")... :)

Older sister: Chị.

Younger sister: Em (Vietnamese).

You can also use "chị" to call the female who's older than you and "em" for both male and female who's younger than you.
