A natural speaker would say:

"Could we move our meeting TO another day" (move to)

"Could we ARRANGE our meeting for another day" (arrange for)

The choice of preposition is governed by the verb you use.

The sentence is acceptable, however it's a little primal like vernacular, adjourn the meeting or reschedule to a later date would be a far better and more formal way of articulating the sentence

if you want to move something, you almost always move TO and/or from. You can make the meeting/appointment for another time, or another day. But you would move the meeting to another time or another day.

move from here to there.

make an appointment for time X.
