To condole is a verb: I, we, you, they condole; he, she, it condoles. It means to grieve or to express sympathetic sorrow for someone's great loss or misfortune.

I have never heard the verb form used and have only seen it in written form a couple of times.
The noun form -- condolence (sing.) or condolences (plural) -- is far more commonly used, nearly always in the plural. Use the singular noun form as the object of a preposition: to write a letter of condolence. Or you could use it as an adjective and send a condolence letter.
"Please accept my condolences for your loss," or if the message is sent via a third party, "Please convey my condolences," are the usual expressions.

Condole is a verb- "i condoled my friends". Condolences is used as a noun.Condolence is used as an adjective-"message of condolence".As far as using Condolences when someone dies you can also say "you have my condolences." It is a little less formal.
