Spanish help! Please?

I really, really, really need help on this! It is one of my exercises due for class. I have attempted to answer all of these, but I am pretty sure that all are wrong. I am confusing how to use the present perfect subjunctive and present perfect indicative. Can someone help me or specify how to use them?

ADELA ¿Gustavo? ¡Qué guapo estás! Es maravilloso que (1) (adelgazar) tanto.

It was not possible to use only present, in some cases I used past perfect.
